I specialize in lifestyle portrait sessions for all stages of life...from when your sweet baby makes their arrival, till your senior is ready to leave the nest. As a busy mom I understand how hard it can be to get in front of the camera, but our babies grow up too fast, and there is no better time then right now to capture this moment of your family.
I strive to capture your family just the way you are, so that you will have images that can be treasured for generations to come. My style is often described as authentic, simple and timeless. I combine natural looking poses with candid in-between moments so you have a gallery full of images that tells your family's unique story.
How it works
Step One
Get to know each other
Let's get the ball rolling by filling out my contact form and then I'll then send you a client form, so I can get to know you better. We'll figure out the best date that works.
step two
Planning and preperation
A $100 deposit is due to secure your date. We'll then work together to pick the perfect location and I'll send you info on how to pick out outfits and to prepare your kids before the session.
step three
Day of the shoot
The big photo day has arrived. You've done all the hard work to get everyone ready. Now it's time to relax and have fun! Don't worry about posing or wild kids... I take over from here.
step four
Online Gallery
Within 2 weeks you'll receive a link to your online gallery. You can download all of your professionally edited images and order prints. Enjoy and marvel in the beauty that is your family.

$650 and Includes:
+ 1 hour session outdoor or in-home
+ Immediate family members
+ Minimum of 45 hand edited images, given in color and b/w

Newborns
Comfortable, in-home session, lasting about 2 hours. Recommended anytime within the first month of baby's arrival. All family members included and encouraged to be in photos.
$700 and Includes:
+ 2 hour session in your home
+ Discounted maternity and milestone sessions
+ Minimum of 45 hand edited images, given in color and b/w
+ Online gallery to download all digital images and order products
Seniors
For laid back seniors who want a FUN session that shows off your personality. Standard senior sessions will include up to 3 outfit changes. Contact me for pricing on "mini" senior sessions.
$575 and Includes:
+ 90 minute outdoor session
+ 2-3 outfit changes
+ Minimum of 25 fully edited images
+ Online gallery to download all digital images and order products
+ Inquire about 'mini' senior sessions or group senior sessions
A $100 deposit is needed to secure your session. My sessions are all inclusive, which means you receive high resolution digital images with print rights. Prints and products are an additional cost and can be ordered from your online gallery. All prices are subject to sales tax.
FAQ
What time of day should we take our photos?
As a natural light photographer I recommend starting our photos session one hour before sunset or as close to sunrise as possible. There are always exceptions to this rule... sometimes young kids that can't stay up late or a particular venue might be better at a different time. Sunset light will give you those gorgeous sun kissed photos you see through out my site.
I look awkward in front of the camera, can you help?
Yes I got you! I understand how uncomfortable it can be in front of the camera (that is why you always find be behind the lens). But I guide you through out the entire session. I always include some photos of everyone looking at the camera, but the majority of the time I will have you interacting with each other so that you can relax and have fun.
Where should we take our photos?
Newborn sessions always take place in your home. For family and seniors I'll work with you to choose a location that fits your needs and style. We can do an in-home session or pick an outdoor location. Based on the part of town you live in and your interests, I'll send you a list of recommendations. Keep in mind some venues do charge a fee.
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes! Mini sessions are a great option if you just want a handful of images to update your collection, you have a young child that won't last for a full hour session, OR you are a senior that doesn't need the full treatment. Keep in mind that mini sessions don't allow for enough time to capture all the sweet in-between moments that you get in a regular session. Contact me or subscribe to my newsletter to get first dibs on mini session spots.
Can I bring my dog to the photo shoot?
Yes! I love fury family members being included in your session. Just let me know prior so that we can plan on a dog friendly location.
