Spring has sprung!!! The weather is warming up and the flowers are budding all over Austin. Which means it’s time for Bluebonnet and Spring Mini Sessions. Looks like it’s going to be another great year for Bluebonnets…which makes my heart so happy!

Spring Mini sessions are a great alternative to just having photos done in the fall. You have an opportunity to wear different outfits and colors, as well as have flowers and lots of greenery in your photos. Mini sessions work bests for families that can warm up to the camera fast and or have booked with me before. Keep in mind that mini sessions are booked back to back with other families so there is only a small window of time we can shoot together. Mini sessions have fewer groupings and more posed photos than full family sessions. Families that are drawn to the lifestyle images and love those in-between shots might prefer to book a full session with me.

Bluebonnet Fields

I’ll be offering Bluebonnet Mini Sessions in several locations through out Austin. Bluebonnet sessions will be 15 minutes long and include 10 images.

Commons Ford Ranch

This is one of my favorite locations in Austin. At this location you get a mix of photos with an old barn, wooden fence, and wide open field with beautiful sunset light. It’s very popular with photographers for great reason!

Studio Sessions

These studio sessions are a modern take on school portraits. Think very clean background with some fun furniture to work with. These sessions are for 1 child or a pair of siblings. If you have more than 2 children than I suggest you book 2 sessions back to back.

Austin 360 Bridge

Sekrit Theater in the spring is full of lush greenery, beautiful light, and of course the iconic black and white floor. I have a very limited number of Sekrit Theater mini sessions on May 7th starting at 6:00 PM. Sessions are 20 minutes long and include 20 images.
